Below is an overview of the screening process and vetting questions to which you will need to provide answers. Be advised that Pineapple SMS may request additional information associated with existing Campaigns.
• Provide all information for the Brand company, to include company website
• Decide if you would like the Brand to be vetted (or provide trust score if previously vetted)
• Provide Campaign description & use-case(s)
• Provide sample messages (must contain Brand name)
• Ensure message content does not fall into “Prohibited Message” category
• Provide Confirmation MT, HELP and STOP flow and template messages
o Confirmation message (only for recurring programs) confirms the user has opted in
o HELP should provide customer support info o STOP confirms the user has opted out
• Provide information on how users sign up to receive messages from 10DLC
• Identify required services for the 10DLC - SMS/MMS/Voice
• Identify if numbers will be ported over from another provider and for which services (SMS/MMS/Voice)
• Identify need for number pooling (>49 numbers assigned to a single campaign)
• Provide daily/monthly messaging volume estimates by service (SMS/MMS)
• Comply with all message requirements:
o Opt-in (initial message): Program/brand name, msg frequency, pricing disclosure, help info, stop info
o Help response: Program/brand name, contact info (phone number, email and/or support website URL)
o Stop response: Program/brand name, confirmation that user has unsubscribed and will not receive any more messages
• Respond to any concerns related to any campaign description, use case, or sample messages provided
• Respond to any concerns related to messages that do not contain appropriate information - i.e. Brand name / Opt-in / Opt-out / HELP / STOP
Slight delays in Campaign activation and TN provisioning against Campaigns may occur until Campaigns are successfully screened and verified.
